Detailed Product Description

Features:

1. With the high precision coating head and coating knife, it has following modes: single coating, double coating and triple coating. High precision coating bench is electric controlled to adjust the coating clearance accurately.
2. Oven is heated by hot blast air circularly and equably automatic control of temperature.Oven is controlled by magnetic valve, and the inside temperature is automatically controlled by temperature measuring stick and temperature controller.
3. Easy operation for eight persons. Daily output can reaches 30000 square feet.
4. It can produce two- color and off color leather. Cost is reduced by using non-sticking newspaper device.

5. The whole assembly line is frequency conversion driven(Yaskawa).Driven transducers which controlled by proportion linked base board can start driven system at the same time and make sure the transformation of the speed in-phase.

6. Avoid the breaking of the released paper which caused by the tension change with the deflection detection controller.

7. Finish machining the cooling roller, guide roller and heating roller with grinding machine to upgrade their concentricity, coaxiality and equilibrium property.
